Urban Mystic Book

I love the way meditation and spiritual practices are now much more accepted in combination with personal change approaches. A recent invitation for me to conduct two workshops at a Transactional Analysis conference in Singapore later this year is a good example. The title of one of them is ‘Mindfulness from a TA Perspective’. Our practice of Urban Mysticism is in many ways an integration of spiritual practices such as mindfuleness and systems like TA. Ken

Some recent good news. We have been able to get Urban Mystic stocked by Borders Online Book Shop, the TS Bookshop (Melbourne), Westgarth Books (Northcote), and we are in the process of getting it into Readings Books (Carlton). It’s great to have this interest and you can now direct people to these outlets if they don’t want to purchase through this or the Network’s website. Ken

Hi Everyone. George Packard has just completed recording 28 segments of the meditations, one for each meditation. We have been planning having these for a long time. And it takes a long time to do this kind of thing, too - many hours. So a Big Thank You to George for doing all the work.

I have now installed them in this site for the Urban Mystic Book as well as in the Awakening Network site (in the two shops). So now, you and anyone else can listen to a sample of the meditations, when purchasing which should make it much easier to know what you are getting. Ken
